Since joining Northland Controls in 2016, Sujoy has played a key role in driving the growth and success of the Asia Pacific region. Starting as a project manager, he gained invaluable insight into the needs of both our clients and teams in the region. He then leveraged this experience as Operations Manager, where he oversaw operations and ensured that Northland consistently met and exceeded customer expectations. In his latest role, Sujoy focused on business development in the region, where he continued to build strong relationships within the security industry, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s capabilities across the region.

As General Manager, Sujoy will lead Northland’s operations across Asia Pacific, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives, developing talent, and strengthening relationships with clients and partners. His deep commitment to the security community, passion for mentoring, and proven ability to innovate and deliver results will position both Northland and its clients for sustained success and growth.

With experience in project management, consulting, engineering, and strategic execution, Sujoy brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as General Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in India and an MBA from Singapore Management University. Prior to joining Northland Controls, Sujoy held leadership positions in several renowned organizations, where he managed both fire protection and security systems. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new countries and indulges his passion for cooking in his leisure time.
